Strutie Group (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2017 with a clear and bold mandate: to build a specialist structural engineering firm that not only delivers technical excellence, but that meaningfully contributes to South Africa's economic transformation.

Operating across South Africa's built environment sector, we provide professional consulting engineering services to plan, design, and implement infrastructure projects that serve communities, create employment, and drive economic growth.

As a 100% black-owned, 51% black woman-owned and youth-empowered enterprise, we represent the future of South Africa's engineering sector - combining technical mastery with a deep social purpose. Our active mentorship programme ensures knowledge is transferred to the next generation of engineering professionals.

Jewellery Manufacturing Precinct (JMP)

Strutie Group served as Lead Structural Engineer for one of the largest single building contracts in our portfolio - the Jewellery Manufacturing Precinct, comprising 6 concrete frame buildings ranging from 3 to 5 storeys across a 38,000 sqm footprint.

This ZAR 351M project demonstrated our capacity to manage simultaneous structural design packages at scale, while maintaining rigorous quality control across multiple building typologies.

Bridge Engineering · International · LHDA

LHDA Feeder Road Bridges — Lesotho

As sub-consultant for the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority's feeder road programme, Strutie Group provided structural engineering for pedestrian and vehicle bridges across a transformative rural connectivity project.

The contract covered 94.2 km of new or upgraded feeder roads, 4 pedestrian bridges between 250 m and 750 m long, and 6 vehicle bridges spanning 72 m to 422 m.

Pelzvale Wastewater Treatment Plant

Strutie Group provided comprehensive structural engineering for the Pelzvale Wastewater Treatment Plant (20 ML/D) in Rand West Municipality, one of the most complex water infrastructure mandates in our portfolio.

The scope covered 10 major structures including inlet works, primary settling tanks, activated sludge reactors, secondary clarifiers, anaerobic digesters, sludge dewatering building, drying beds, and all ancillary structures.

LHDA Awards LHWP II Feeder Roads and Bridges Contract

Strutie Group is named as subconsultant to the Khubelu joint venture, awarded the design and construction supervision contract for the Lesotho Highlands Water Project Phase II feeder roads and bridges programme - a critical connectivity initiative spanning 94.2 km of roads and ten bridges serving communities affected by the Polihali reservoir impoundment.
